1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bp99 (the entity operating the platform) and the member. By using the bp99 platform, you agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using bp99.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Bangladeshi law and apply to all services, betting activities, casino games, promotions, and other operations on the bp99 platform.

1.1 Scope of Service

BP99's services are intended only for individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online betting or gaming. Users residing in regions where online betting is strictly prohibited should not use BP99.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bangla. In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding, BP99's interpretation shall be considered final. BP99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bp99, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Failure to meet these requirements will render the account invalid, and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use it is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password strictly confidential.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bp99 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Mobile banking statement (for payment verification)

Bp99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This is not a penalty — it's a measure to protect your security.

3 Betting Rules

All members must follow the rules below when placing bets on bp99. These rules apply equally to all members, with no exceptions.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on bp99 is automatically verified by the platform's system. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, bp99 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount.

3.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If any cricket or football match is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled indefinitely:

• All bets will be voided if the match is not replayed within 12 hours of the original start time.
• The amount from any cancelled bet will be returned to the member's wallet.
• For live betting, results of completed events remain valid up to the time the match is closed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on BP99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed in accordance with BP99's Terms and Conditions.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing, you must wager a specified amount after receiving a bonus. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may not use the same promotion more than once.
• Bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets — each promotion will specify where they apply.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Special Terms

The BP99 welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically between 10x and 20x, as specified in the relevant promotion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp99. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

• Match Fixing & Use of Inside Information: Placing bets on a match when the outcome is already known or can be influenced in advance.
• Use of Bots & Automated Software: Placing bets using a program or bot instead of a real person.
• Money Laundering: Using the bp99 platform for money laundering.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same identity or using different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses in violation of bonus terms and conditions.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in the bp99 platform.

7 Limitation of Liability

Bp99 strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, service disruptions may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond bp99's control.

7.1 Technical Issues

BP99 is not liable for losses caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment gateway failures. In such situations, BP99 will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7.2 Betting Losses

BP99 is not responsible for any betting losses. All betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility — including decisions made using any analysis or information provided by BP99.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

BP99 reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

8.1 Member-Requested Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact BP99 Support. The support team will close the account within 24 hours and return any remaining balance.

9 Privacy Policy

10 Dispute Resolution

• After a complaint is submitted, the support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to investigate and resolve.
• Any decisions made by BP99 during an ongoing investigation will be considered provisional.
• The final decision will be communicated to the member via email.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between bp99 and its members are governed by applicable international gaming laws. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will seek resolution through mutual discussion.
